Pole-Camera – First Test Session from Colin on Vimeo.

First session testing the Pole Camera I’d put together. A bit shakey I know, but was first attempt with both pole-cam and with the editing software, of which my PC had great difficulties with; therefore, it is work in progress, watch this space.

This was my first time jumping off rocks and swimming out to this break, and I soon found out how difficult it is to swim with a camera on the end of a pole, whilst bumping over rock heads, fighting the rip, and dodging sets. Still, fairly happy with the results for the first attempt. Hopefully it will be the first of many videos over the coming winter months.
